Our Privacy Policy at https://www.audivoso.com/privacy explains personal-data processing. Reading or accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing, analytics, or other processing that requires separate consent.
2. Purchases Through Moonbase
Where you purchase PHRASER through Moonbase, the Moonbase entity identified at checkout and on your receipt is the seller and merchant of record. AUDIVOSO provides and licenses PHRASER and handles product and license support. Moonbase is not a party to the AUDIVOSO EULA. These website terms do not replace or override your Moonbase sales agreement or your mandatory legal rights.
The product and order information describe the price, license duration, trial conditions, activation allowance, system requirements, and any included support or updates. Review that information before purchasing. Starting or using the software does not itself authorize a payment or recurring subscription; payment authorization must be agreed separately in the purchase flow.
3. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds
Your order, the seller's terms, and applicable law govern cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds. For purchases through Moonbase, contact support@moonbase.sh or use the seller details on your order. Include the order number and purchase email address. For product faults or license-support issues, contact contact@audivoso.com.
Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may end once delivery begins only when the applicable legal conditions are met, including prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right. Moonbase's buyer terms explain its checkout process and withdrawal procedure. A digital download is not automatically exempt from all refund or consumer remedies, and rights concerning faulty or non-conforming products remain subject to applicable law.
4. Acceptable Website Use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute unlawful content, or infringe others' rights. Do not misrepresent your identity, license status, or relationship with AUDIVOSO. Mandatory rights and activities permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Website Availability and Changes
We may update website content and future offers. Website availability may be affected by maintenance or technical problems. Changes to a website page do not by themselves reduce rights already granted for an existing purchase, change its price, or replace the EULA or sales terms applicable to that purchase.
We will make material changes to these website terms reasonably visible and provide any notice or obtain any agreement required by law.
6. Disclaimers and Mandatory Rights
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. Software warranties and remedies are addressed in the EULA, the applicable sales agreement, and applicable law.
Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require consumers to bring claims exclusively in a foreign court.
