1. Information Involved
Depending on how you interact with us, information may include:
- Information you provide, such as your name, email address, and support messages or files you choose to send.
- Order and account information, such as purchase status, product, license type, and information needed to deliver and support your license.
- Licensing information processed through Moonbase, including account and license identifiers, activation and validation status, and related device and network information. Moonbase's privacy policy specifically describes collection of IP addresses used to activate device licenses to prevent abuse.
- Technical information associated with website access, such as browser/device information and information needed to operate and secure the website.
Payment information is handled through Moonbase and its payment services in the purchase flow. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or activation secrets in support messages.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases
We use personal data to deliver and support products and licenses, answer requests, administer accounts and orders, protect services against fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing necessary to provide a service you request is based on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract. Required recordkeeping is based on legal obligations. Proportionate security, fraud prevention, and service administration may be based on legitimate interests, subject to your rights and interests. Where consent is required for optional processing, it must be obtained separately and can be withdrawn. This policy is a notice, not a request for blanket consent.
3. Moonbase Purchases and Licensing
We use Moonbase for software licensing and, where offered at checkout, sales. The Moonbase entity named on your order acts as seller and merchant of record. Moonbase also processes information for account access, license activation, validation, and abuse prevention. Relevant order and license information may be made available to AUDIVOSO to administer licenses and provide support.

4. Application Licensing and Optional Analytics
PHRASER uses online account activation and license validation. Licensing activity is distinct from optional product analytics. In the current PHRASER release, optional Moonbase analytics and its host-information analytics are disabled. This does not mean activation, security, or license-validation data is not processed, and does not describe the separate behavior of the website or checkout.
5. Sharing and International Processing
Information may be handled by services used to operate the website, deliver licenses, process purchases, communicate with you, or provide support. We may also disclose information where required by law or where lawfully necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud or abuse.
Moonbase describes its own storage locations and entity responsibilities in its privacy policy. That description should not be read as a statement that all AUDIVOSO data is stored in the same location. Where our processing involves international transfers, we must comply with applicable transfer requirements and provide information about applicable safeguards where required. 6. Retention and Security
Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations. We retain account and license-related information for as long as necessary to administer relevant access and support; support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve and manage the request; and necessary transaction records for applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. Security and dispute-related information may need to be retained for those purposes. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful retention requirements.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Moonbase applies its own retention and security practices, described in its privacy policy.
7. Cookies, Website Features, and Marketing
Website features and third-party services, including embedded checkout, may use cookies or similar technologies. Their behavior is separate from application licensing. Where optional cookies or tracking require consent, they must not be activated before that consent is obtained, and users must be able to change their choice. Browser cookie settings can also affect the availability of website and checkout functions.
Any optional marketing that requires consent must be separately chosen. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing without that choice itself removing a valid purchased software license. Necessary service communications may still be sent on the applicable legal basis.
8. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions, including necessary recordkeeping. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including in your country of residence where applicable.
Send requests concerning AUDIVOSO to contact@audivoso.com. We may need to verify your identity proportionately before acting. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines; where GDPR applies, this is normally one month, subject to permitted extensions and notice requirements.
